I again say that this project is not in keeping with our Gettsview neighborhood.It will lower property values to surrounding homes as well as increase the level of noise and traffic and overall enjoyment of otherwise peaceful environment. I ask you to please consider this wonderful area and not vote for such a large and disruptive plan.

My husband and I have lived in Gettysvue since â98. Each and every home built complimented those around it. I honestly felt it was a privilege to live in Gettysvue. If Ron Watkins is allowed to complete his construction projects, it will destroy what makes Gettysvue special. Home value will plummet and we will become just another high rise environment.
