Plot Plan -The front yard setback shall be 27.1' with the front porch extending 8' into the front yard setback. The eastern side yard setback shall ne 11.3' and the western side yard setback shall be 15.9'. The driveway shall extend 20' beyond the front habitable wall of the house. A tree shall be planted in the front yard. The house is 28' wide and 40' deep.

Architectural Elevation - The front porch is 16' wide and 8' deep. The porch columns are 6" square with corner accents. The roof pitch is 5:12. The exposed foundation on the front of the house is between 8" and 32".
