Site Plan - The front yard setback is 33' with the front porch encroaching 8' into the setback. There is a sidewalk that connects the front porch to the street and a tree in the front yard space. The porch is 16' wide and 8' deep. The off street parking is accessed off the alley.

Architectural Elevations - The roof pitch is 6:12. The front elevation contains two windows and a door under the porch, one window to the right of the porch. The exposed foundation on the front elevation is a maximum height of 2'. The porch posts are 6" X 6" and have a brick base. The left and right elevations have 3 windows on each side.

All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
