Site Plan - House has a 69.28' front yard setback. The 8' deep front porch extends into the front yard setback. A sidewalk leads from the front porch to Washington Pike. The side yard setbacks are 33.77' on the Farview Street side and 14.32' on the interior lot side. The 35.16' x 12' off street parking pad is accessed from Fairview and located in the backyard. The existing Magnolia tree in the front yard is to remain.
Architectural Elevations - The house has a 5:12 roof pitch, 16' wide x 8' deep covered front porch. The columns on the porch are 6" squared posts with corner accents.
