Plot Plan - The driveway is being widened 3' towards the north (left side) property line in the front yard and 12' wide when the driveway goes beyond the front façade of the house. When complete the driveway will be 47' in length.

The applicant is responsible for building according to these approved plans. Any variation more than 6" will require a revised application to be reviewed by the Infill Housing Design Review Committee.
