Site Plan - The front yard setback is 27' and the porch extends 8' into the front yard setback. The east side yard setback is 17.28' and the west side yard setback is 10'. The driveway is 12' wide and extends 25; past the habitable portion of the house. A sidewalk leads fron the front porch to the street and a tree is located in the fronty yard.

Architectural Elevation - The house has a double set of windows on the left side of the front façade and a single window to the right, the door is centered on the front façade. The porch is 20' X 8' deep and has 6" square posts with connecting hand rails along the front. The roof has a 5:12 pitch.
