Architectural Elevation - The front façade will have a door and three windows facing (single to the left of the door and a double to the right) the street. The roof pitch is 5:12. The front porch extends 8' deep and extends the full width of the house, a porch railing system wraps around the entire porch. The porch has four 16' piers with 8" columns. There are four window openings on the left side elevation and two window openings, plus one side door to the right side elevation.

Site Plan - The front setback to the habitable portion of the house is 25' with the 8' deep porch extending into the setback. The north side yard setback is 8' and the south side yard setback is 15' 8". The driveway us 10' wide in the front yard space and extend 28' 6" past the habitable portion of the house. A walkway extends from the porch front steps to the driveway. A tree is planted in the front yard.

All dimensions are to be followed within 6" of those stated on the certificate/plans. If any variation from these dimensions is to be varied another application for certificate of appropriateness shall be sought by the applicant.
