Site Plan - The front yard setback on Cedar Avenue is 26', the interior sideyard setback is 10; and the setback towards Coram Street is 14'. The porch is 8' deep and 16' wide. A sidewalk leads from the porch steps to the front property line. A tree is to be located in the front yard. An 18' x 20' parking pad is accessed off the alley.

Architectural Elevations - The front elevation has a 6:12 roof pitch, double windows left of the front door, single window right of the door, the exposed front foundation will have 2-6 blocks showing. The left side elevation has two windows. The right side elevation has two windows and a door.

All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
