Architectural Elevations: The roof pitch is 5:12. The wrap around porch is 8' deep on all sides and 16' long on the McPherson Street side and 24' on the Ohio Avenue side. All other details are noted on the stamped/approved architectural drawings. The porch has a gable roof with a 5:12 pitch as well. There are two windows on the Ohio Avenue façade and one the front door is centered on that side as well. On the right side elevation (McPherson Street elevation) there are three windows.
Plot Plan: The frontyard setback is 25' (along Ohio Avenue) with the wrap around porch extending 8' into the setback. The NE frontyard setback is 27' 9" (along McPherson Street) with the wrap around porch extending 8' into the setback. The SW sideyard setback is 7'. The off-street parking is via a parking pad with access provided off an existing alley. A deciduous tree is to be located in the front yard, along with a private sidewalk leading from the front porch to the front property line, along Ohio Avenue.
