Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 38' with a front porch of 8' pertruding into the setback line. The west side yard setback shall be 15.4' and the east side yard setback shall be 6.70'. The off-street parking shall be accessed off the alley by a 12' wide driveway. An existing maple tree shall be preserved in the front yard space. A private sidewalk will connect the front porch to the public sidewalk.

Architecutal Elevation - The house shall have a 12:5 roof pitch, the roof of the front porch will have a hipped peak. The porch shall be 16' wide and 8' deep and is supported by 6" square columns with a brick base. The front exposed foundation shall be a maximum of 1' 5" in the front. The front door faces the street and has square top lichts and the three windows that face the street are praire style.

All details shall be consistent with the approved plans.
