1.The widow dimensions shall be double hung 36"X44"
2.The addition shall be done not to extend past the façade wall that is closest to the street. The addition shall be limited to the area near the front door and shall be developed in the footprint of the existing porch. The front door shall face the street.
3.The window opening to the right (one replacing the large opening) shall have two double hung window that are located in the center of the opening and that are located directly adjacent to one another so, there is no siding in between them.
