Architectural Elevation - The roof pitch is 5:12. The front porch is 8'X15' and has 6"X6" posts with a railing system. The exposed foundation is 24"-40" high. There are two windows that face the street, under the porch roof and one window facing the street, located outside the porch system. The front door faces the street, under the porch and has a rectangular window on the tiop.

Site Plan - The front yard setback is 26'. The north side yard setback is 6'3" and the south side yard setback is 10'. A concrete sidewalk leads from the front porch to the front property line and a tree is planted in the front yard. The off-street parking is accessed off the alley and is 18' X 40".
