Architectural Elevation: On the front there are three windows (two under the porch roof to the left and one to the right outside the porch area) and a door facing the street with 6x6 columns. The exposed foundation is a maximum of 2' on the front façade. There is 1X4 trim around the windows. The roof pitch is 6:12. The side elevations have three windows each.

Site Plan: The porch is 16' wide and 8' deep. The setbacks are 34' front yard setback (includes 8' deep porch into setback), 8' on the right side and 12' on the left side setbacks. The driveway is 10' wide and extends to the back of the house. There is a new tree planted in the front yard and a concrete sidewalk extends from the front porch to the front property line.
