This proposal is for four new signs, to repair/replace architectural elements in-kind and to install two new sets of storefront light fixtures.

The new signs wall all be made of high density urethane and will be painted as shown in the attachment. The signs will not be internally illuminated. The sign over the from front door (at the corner of Jackson Avenue and S. Central Street) will be externally illuminated with two goose neck lighting fixtures. The signs will be approximately a total of 74 square feet.

There are various architecture elements that will be refurbished or replaced in-kind on the facades and storefronts facing Jackson Avenue and S. Central Street. See the attachment for more details.

There will be new lighting fixtures for the southern most storefront along S. Central Street (105 S. Central). There are two existing wall sconces (one of which is broken) that will be replaced with the wall sconce as shown in the attachment (or similar). In the front entry way, a gas light fixture is proposed as seen in the attachment. This gas fixture is appropriate, or a standard light fixture of similar design.
