Architectural Elevations - The roof pitch is 6:12. The front façade is characterized by four craftsman style windows and one centered craftsman style centered front door. The porch is 20' wide and 8' deep and has four tapered craftsman style columns with brick bases and a perimeter hand rail system. The windows are trimmed with 4' wide edging. The left side has three windows and one door and the right side elevation has three windows. The back elevation has two windows.

Site Plan - The front yard setback is 33' with the 8' deep porch encroaching into that setback. The two side yard setbacks are 8'. A private sidewalk leads from the front porch steps to the public sidewalk. A tree is planted in the front yard. The off-street parking is accessed off the alley.
