Signs
New projecting sign. Rectangular multi-tenant sign will measure 42" wide by 65" tall (18.96 sq. ft.) overall, with four individual 12" tall by 42" wide rectangular aluminum panels for building tenants. The sign will be non-illuminated and project from the rightmost pilaster of the seven-bay storefront. The bottom of the sign will be 11'-6" above the ground level.

Miller's Annex: Neoclassical Commercial (c.1935).
    Three story, four bay, brick with limestone trim and sills, altered cornice has replaced elaborate pressed metal cornice. Pilasters dividing bays of upper stories. C. 1970 storefront. Metal casement windows.

D. Signs
1. A storefront shall not have more than two signs, a primary and a secondary sign. One of these may be a flush-mounted sign board located below the second story window sills and above the storefront display windows. It should not be more than 2.5' high with lettering between 8" and 18" high and covering about 65% of the sign board.
2. A hanging sign can be mounted above the sidewalk, projecting no more than five feet. It could represent the image of a product or use text to identify a tenant and should be 4-6 square feet in area.
