Architectural Building Elevation- The roof pitch is 7:12, there is a double window to the right and left side of the front door on the front façade. The exposed foundation ranges from 4' 4" to 8'3"'. The front porch is 10' 4" deep. The front door and front steps face the street.

Site Plan - The driveway is 8' wide from the street to the rear yard and then in the rear yard it is wider to provide 2 off-street parking spaces. There is a tree in the front yard. The front yard setback is 50', the sideyard setbacks are 8' to the south and 16' to the north.
