Site Plan - The front yard setback shall be 34', and the two side yard setbacks shall be 7' each. The front porch is 8' deep and 14' wide and has a sidewalk leading to the front property line. There is a tree planted in the front yard. The off-street parking is accessed via the alley.

Architectural Elevations- The roof pitch is 7:12. The exposed foundation is parged block. The front porch has 6" X 6"columns and has a perimeter hand rail system. The front façade has a single window and door under the porch area and a double window to the right (not under the porch area).

All details shall be consistent with the approved and stamped plans.
