Site Plan - Front yard setback of 27' with an 8' deep porch extending into the front yard setback. The north side yard setback is 19.14' and south side yard setback is 19.53'. The off-street parking is accessed off the alley with a 24' wide and 30' deep concrete pad. A concrete walk is extended from the front porch to the edge of the pavement. A tree will is planted in the front yard space.
Architectural Elevation - The roof pitch is 5:12. The maximum exposed foundation on the front is 4' 7 3/4". The front porch is 16' wide and 8' deep. There are three windows on the front façade and a front door that faces the street.
