Architectural Elevations - The main roof of the structure shale have a 8:12 pitch, The porch will have a shed roof that has a 4:12 pitch and is 8' deep. The porch posts shall be 6" X 8" and has a hand rail system on the perimeter of the porch.

Site Plan - The driveway shalll be 10' wide in the front yard space (between the front wall of the house and front property line). The front yard setback shall be 21.51', the east side yard setback is 12' abd tge west sude yard setback is 60.72'. A sidewalk extends from the front porch to front property line. In the front yard is a newly planted tree.
