Architectural Elevations - The front elevation is characterized by a 12:6 roof pitch; a centered front door; two double windows (5' wide) to the right and left side of the door; a block foundation; 20' X 8' porch with 6" columns, the porch roof has a 12:4 roof pitch with the gable being sided. The right elevation includes a double 5' wide window and side door. The left side elevation is characterized by a 6' X 4' double window; and a smaller kitchen style window and another window in the first 17' span from the front of the house.

Site Plan - The site plan is characterized by a 7' (right) and 19' (left) side yard setback and 35' front yard setback. The front yard also has a tree and private sidewalk. The off-street parking is off the alley.
