Site Plan - The front yard setback is 22', while the north side setback is 13' and the south side setback is 7'. A private sidewalk comes off the 8' X 12' porch and connects to the front public sidewalk. In the front yard is a new tree. The driveway is 12' X 65' and is located the north side of the house. The fence in the front yard space, specifically along the front property line and along the south side property line, past the porch shall be removed.
Architectural Elevation - The roof pitch shall be 8:12 with a mid-hip in it. The exposed foundation in the front shall be 1' 6".
All details shall be consistent with the accompanying 4 pages showing the architectural elevations and 1 page site plan.
