Architectural Elevation - The front elevation is characterized by a gabled porch. One window and the front door are located under the porch. The exposed foundation height has a minimum of 8" and a maximum of 24" as seen from Bonny Avenue, along the front of the house. The front also contains two other windows to the left of the front porch. The roof pitch is 5:12. The porch measures 20' wide and 8' deep. The left elevation has two windows and the right elevation has a window and a door.
Site Plan - The house's dimensions are 30' deep and 44' wide. The driveway extends 25' past the habitable portion of the house and is a maximum of 12' wide. A concrete walkway extends from the front porch to Bonny Avenue.
The applicant is responsible to building according to the approved Certificate of Appropriateness.
