An existing tree is to remain in the front yard. Parking is accessed from the street and the driveway is no more than 15' wide and extends 20' beyond the front façade.

Architectural Building Elevation - Roof pitch is 9:12. Porch has two columns and the front door and window are under the porch roof. Another double window is located outside the porch roof.
